Please fill out the order form and submit to us, making sure your email address is correct so that we can reply to you.
We will reply your inquiry or your order within 48 hours.
When you are ready to place an order we will send you a Pro forma Invoice for your approval.
We require full payment in advance if the value of the order is less than US$ 250 (excluding shipping charges). We require 50 % deposit when placing an order and then other 50 % when the goods are ready to ship, if the value of the order is more than US$ 250
We accept the payment by Bank Wire, Western Union, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and AMEX) and also Letter of Credit (LC) based on Documents Again Payment at Sight. If you cannot use any of these services, contact us and we will see if we can arrange something with you.
We will inform status of your order every 3 or 4 days.
When the goods have been finished we will pack your order by cardboard if the goods are not fragile or by Wooden Crate if the goods are fragile easily damaged.
We can ship your order by courier such as Express Mail Service (EMS), TNT, DHL, and FedEx or by Air Freight or Sea Freight. Contact us for details.
We will send you the AWB # in order that you can track your shipment at anytime or we will send the scanned shipment documents to you if the shipment is Air Freight or by Sea Freight.
If the shipment is to be by Air Freight, please inform us of the name of the nearest and or biggest Airport near your city or if the shipment is by Sea Freight or by Container please inform us the name of the nearest / biggest seaport from your city.
